The recent time change seems to be playing games with my internal clock, and a few nights ago, I woke up around 2:30am and could just tell I wasn't going back to sleep anytime soon. I got out of bed and instantly noticed the incredible light streaming in the windows from the moon. Of course, I had to get my camera out to see what I could capture, so I set up my tripod and began to shoot. I got some nice shots of the moon through the trees, but I was really intrigued by the way the light and shadows were dancing on the snow. While I'm definitely ready for spring to arrive and the snow to go away, I'm glad my insomnia led to such an interesting shot.
