Happy New Year, and Welcome to 2016!
As I reflect on all that has happened in the past year with my photography business, I feel humbled and extremely blessed. I am eternally grateful to all of you who have allowed me to photograph you and your families over the past three years. Without you giving me the opportunity, I wouldn’t be able to do what I love! And…the bonus in all of this is that as much as I love the actual photography aspect of this business, I love the relationships I’ve developed along the way even more. You experience a bit of vulnerability when your photo is taken, and I appreciate that you let me into your lives and trust me enough to show me the real you. I don’t take that trust for granted, and know that is how we get the photos you will love for a lifetime! 2015 was a fantastic year, and I look forward to even more new and exciting things in 2016! THANK YOU for helping my dream become a reality. Happy New Year!
Below is a sampling of some of the awesome clients I had the pleasure of working with in 2015:
Addy, 2016 Brainerd High School senior - her family's cabin and the urban feel of downtown Brainerd provided the perfect backdrops to capture the personality of this gorgeous young lady.
The Kramer's - this fun-loving family met me at the Arboretum for a fun morning of photos and laughter.
Kelli & Chris - This couple's passions range from racing to hunting and fishing, and we attempted to capture all of those in our studio session.
Jake, 2016 BHS Senior - We started out with his senior portraits, but ended up doing a family session at his family's lake home as well. I love getting to know seniors and their families!
Hannah, 2016 BHS Senior - I've known this young lady since she was a little girl. So fun to see her all grown up and ready to head off to college.
Nick, 2016 BHS Senior - Another senior session that started a relationship with the whole family. So much fun working with this crew!
Cole, 2016 BHS Senior - Another senior and fabulous family I was blessed to work with this year! I've known Mom and Dad for many years, but it's been fun to get to know the kids on a more personal level as well. I probably shouldn't call them "kids", they're very mature young adults!
Eva - this little peanut found her way to my studio on her 2nd birthday, and what fun we had! Never underestimate the power of Smarties on a toddler!
