Challenge and Change | Brainerd Lakes Area Photographer

 “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”  Think about those words, and how true they are.  If we really want something to change in our lives, it is very likely going to be a challenge for us, or we would have already made the change.  I had Kelly in the studio recently, and she has been living and breathing this motto for a few months.  She decided she wanted to make a change in her life to become more healthy, and let me tell you…she has done it…in a BIG way!  She changed her  eating habits and began exercising regularly.  She’s done a fabulous job, and has been such an inspiration, that she’s now coaching others, and helping them meet their health and fitness goals, too. 
 

At my last count, she had lost over 35 pounds and countless inches and clothing sizes.  She looks fantastic, so it just made sense that we get her into the studio to show off her new and improved body.  Plus, she needed some new photos for her coaching business.  And just in case you’re thinking that the only thing she has on her plate to do is work out, think again!  In addition to her family roles as a wife and mother to three active kids, she also works a full time job!  If she can find the time to get it done, I’m pretty sure we all can!  In fact, she has inspired me to get back into a regular fitness routine again.  I have been slacking off a bit the past couple of years, and seeing how well she’s done has motivated me to get with it!  Thank you for your inspiration, Kelly!
